Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC119B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UNC119B data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UNC119B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC119B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where UNC119B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
