UNC119

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC119 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,674 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC119-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHSRP_S181, PYCR2, and SUGP2. Each is linked with UNC119 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC119-to-partner and partner-to-UNC119 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC119 versus KHSRP_S181 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC119→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC119) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
