UNC119

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC119 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC119-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMNL1, LILRB1, and IFI30. Each is linked with UNC119 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC119-to-partner and partner-to-UNC119 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC119 versus FMNL1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC119→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC119) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
