UNC119

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC119 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC119-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP27, MTND4P1, and OR8U1. Each is linked with UNC119 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC119-to-partner and partner-to-UNC119 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP27 grouped by UNC119-low versus UNC119-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC119→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC119) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
