UMPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,069 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPS, MCM6, and HMCES. Each is linked with UMPS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMPS-to-partner and partner-to-UMPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UMPS versus GMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
