UMPS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMPS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 340 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, MRPS15, and RN7SL828P. Each is linked with UMPS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMPS-to-partner and partner-to-UMPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENO2 grouped by UMPS-low versus UMPS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
