Across TCGA cell cohorts, UMPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,778 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMPS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine nucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process, Replication fork processing, and UDP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with UMPS in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMPS-to-partner and partner-to-UMPS results are reported.
