Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,551 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UMAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP4, ADNP, and SMC4. Each is linked with UMAD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-UMAD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
