UMAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UMAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UMAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, MIR4734, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with UMAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UMAD1-to-partner and partner-to-UMAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UMAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UMAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
