ULK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ULK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,352 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SI, OR12D3, and CD300H. Each is linked with ULK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK2-to-partner and partner-to-ULK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SI grouped by ULK2-low versus ULK2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
