ULK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,768 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3RA, RAD51C, and RAB34. Each is linked with ULK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULK1-to-partner and partner-to-ULK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULK1 versus IL3RA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
