ULBP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ULBP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,035 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP2A, MLPH, and HROB. Each is linked with ULBP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP3-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP3 versus TOP2A in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
