ULBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,397 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ULBP1, RAET1K, and ULBP3. Each is linked with ULBP2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP2-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP2 versus ULBP1 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
