ULBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,762 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEBP1, P4HA2, and ITGA5. Each is linked with ULBP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP2-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ULBP2 versus PEBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
