Across TCGA patient cohorts, ULBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,438 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1P1, NDE1, and CLIC3. Each is linked with ULBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP2-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP2 results are reported.
