ULBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ULBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ULBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPLX4, FAM205A, and GRM1. Each is linked with ULBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ULBP2-to-partner and partner-to-ULBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPLX4 grouped by ULBP2-low versus ULBP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ULBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ULBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
