UIMC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UIMC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,735 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UIMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRNIP, ZNF354B, and ZNF346. Each is linked with UIMC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UIMC1-to-partner and partner-to-UIMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UIMC1 versus MRNIP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UIMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UIMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
