UIMC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UIMC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UIMC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPNP1, MIR370, and CICP28. Each is linked with UIMC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UIMC1-to-partner and partner-to-UIMC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPNP1 grouped by UIMC1-low versus UIMC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UIMC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UIMC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
