Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UHRF1BP1L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UHRF1BP1L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher UHRF1BP1L mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UHRF1BP1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, LSCC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where UHRF1BP1L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
