Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHRF1BP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,506 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UHRF1BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARD3B, TNFRSF19, and EFCC1. Each is linked with UHRF1BP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF1BP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1BP1 versus PARD3B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHRF1BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHRF1BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
