UHRF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,075 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, GINS1, and CENPI. Each is linked with UHRF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF1-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 versus CENPM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
