UHRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP2CB, KCTD9, and KLHL18. Each is linked with UHRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHRF1-to-partner and partner-to-UHRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP2CB grouped by UHRF1-low versus UHRF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
