UHMK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UHMK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,866 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UHMK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, TIPRL, and SCAMP3. Each is linked with UHMK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UHMK1-to-partner and partner-to-UHMK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UHMK1 versus CACYBP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UHMK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UHMK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
