UGT8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,411 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIR1P2, MIR577, and PGRMC1. Each is linked with UGT8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT8-to-partner and partner-to-UGT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT8 versus CIR1P2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
