UGT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,058 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, SLC17A5, and GOT1. Each is linked with UGT8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT8-to-partner and partner-to-UGT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by UGT8-low versus UGT8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
