UGT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYF6, OR1L6, and IQCF6. Each is linked with UGT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT8-to-partner and partner-to-UGT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYF6 grouped by UGT8-low versus UGT8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
