Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGT2A3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UGT2A3 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher UGT2A3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGT2A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where UGT2A3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
