Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,909 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endocrine process, Peroxisome organization, and Flavone metabolic process. Each is linked with UGT2A3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2A3-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2A3 results are reported.
