UGT2A3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,326 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA2, BTNL8, and TM4SF5. Each is linked with UGT2A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2A3-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT2A3 versus CA2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT2A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT2A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
