Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGT2A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 708 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UGT2A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Trans-synaptic signaling by BDNF, modulating synaptic transmission, Trans-synaptic signaling by BDNF, and Renal D-glucose absorption. Each is linked with UGT2A3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2A3-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2A3 results are reported.
