UGT2A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR608, RAB11AP2, and NBEAP4. Each is linked with UGT2A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2A2-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR608 grouped by UGT2A2-low versus UGT2A2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
