UGT2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGT2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P8, RNU6-937P, and OR4D9. Each is linked with UGT2A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT2A1-to-partner and partner-to-UGT2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P8 grouped by UGT2A1-low versus UGT2A1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
