Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGT1A13P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,103 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UGT1A13P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UGT1A10, GPX2, and HLA-C. Each is linked with UGT1A13P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGT1A13P-to-partner and partner-to-UGT1A13P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGT1A13P versus UGT1A10 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGT1A13P→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGT1A13P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
