Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGT1A13P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UGT1A13P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher UGT1A13P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGT1A13P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, COAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where UGT1A13P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
