UGGT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD276, RUNX2, and FKBP10. Each is linked with UGGT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT2-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGGT2 versus CD276 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
