UGGT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,689 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C2orf49, CDC73, and CTR9. Each is linked with UGGT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT1-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGGT1 versus C2orf49 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
