UGGT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGGT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,172 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP11, ANKRD46, and SNHG10. Each is linked with UGGT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT1-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGGT1 versus FKBP11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
