Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,509 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGGT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 'de novo' post-translational protein folding, Glycoprotein biosynthetic process, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with UGGT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGGT1-to-partner and partner-to-UGGT1 results are reported.
