Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGDH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,326 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM16L, SMIM14, and GSR. Each is linked with UGDH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGDH-to-partner and partner-to-UGDH results are reported.
