Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,515 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGDH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Response to hepatocyte growth factor, and Cellular response to hepatocyte growth factor stimulus. Each is linked with UGDH in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGDH-to-partner and partner-to-UGDH results are reported.
