Across TCGA cell cohorts, UGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, SSMEM1, and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with UGDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGDH-to-partner and partner-to-UGDH results are reported.
