Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UGCG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UGCG data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UGCG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UGCG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and CHOL are the cancer types where UGCG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
