Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGCG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,664 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGCG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAN, FBP1, and FKBP15. Each is linked with UGCG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGCG-to-partner and partner-to-UGCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGCG versus RAN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
