UGCG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGCG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,208 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP1, TMEM44-AS1, and PTN. Each is linked with UGCG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGCG-to-partner and partner-to-UGCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UGCG versus ZFP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
