UGCG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UGCG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UGCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02143, LRRC10, and SNORA70H. Each is linked with UGCG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UGCG-to-partner and partner-to-UGCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02143 grouped by UGCG-low versus UGCG-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UGCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→UGCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
