UFSP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UFSP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UFSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H2, CLEC14A, and KCNH7. Each is linked with UFSP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UFSP2-to-partner and partner-to-UFSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H2 grouped by UFSP2-low versus UFSP2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UFSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UFSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
