UEVLD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UEVLD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,576 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UEVLD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSG101, IPO7, and IRF4. Each is linked with UEVLD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UEVLD-to-partner and partner-to-UEVLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UEVLD versus TSG101 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UEVLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UEVLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
