Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UEVLD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,618 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UEVLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM9B, GTF2H1, and HTATIP2. Each is linked with UEVLD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UEVLD-to-partner and partner-to-UEVLD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UEVLD versus TMEM9B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UEVLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UEVLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
