UEVLD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UEVLD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,911 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UEVLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD10, TMEM9B, and SPTY2D1. Each is linked with UEVLD in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UEVLD-to-partner and partner-to-UEVLD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UEVLD versus BTBD10 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UEVLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→UEVLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
