Across TCGA cell cohorts, UEVLD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,820 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UEVLD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Macroautophagy, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with UEVLD in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UEVLD-to-partner and partner-to-UEVLD results are reported.
